Head of Product
Our Company is an award-winning B2B Platform that enables all types of companies in the AED ecosystem to Get Found, Connect, Source and manage their End-to-End Tendering & Procurement Process.
We're looking for a highly experienced Head of Product to help us further develop the platform, increase its functionality and value to customers.
* Work closely with the C-team to define, refine and improve the product strategy, roadmap and value proposition;
* Define and track metrics for success, ensuring the team is clear on their objectives every step of the way;
* Drive product launches through cross-functional work with executive, engineering, and sales teams;
* Analyze data, build automated reports, and work with the Analytics team to make informed business decisions;
* Implement processes and structures to scale the Product function within the company;
* Develop and manage product roadmaps working cross-functionally across Engineering, Designers, QA, and Operational teams en route to timely releases;
* Test and measure high-impact product changes that drive growth in revenue, reach and retention;
* Ability to manage multiple products in a global environment;
* Using internal and external data, research and learning opportunities to look around corners for future user needs;
* Define/analyze metrics that drive engagement, retention, and monetization within products.
