ESSENTIAL POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop theses and business cases for partnerships, investments and acquisitions to enhance View’s strategic and growth objectives.
• Lead market scans of real estate technology and proptech segments and make recommendations.
• Assist in driving M&A deals from due diligence and deal signature to close process, in partnership with cross-functional teams and executives.
• Recommend business models for partnerships. Lead discussions with potential partners and execute agreements
• Build relationships with VCs, bankers, and executives to create a robust M&A pipeline and drive business case development, deal structuring, negotiations and stakeholder management for priority targets.
• Work with the senior leadership team to drive realization of the strategic and financial value from M&A transactions.
• Develop and present high-quality recommendations and deliverables for executive level consumption and contribute to related strategy and execution discussions.
• Work collaboratively with stakeholders to gather the right information, pressure test your hypotheses and alternative options, create deliverables, accelerate execution and plan for post-merger integration to unlock and realize deal value.
• Assist strategy development and operations implementations for smart building product segments, including business analytics, customer research, quarterly review process, and ad hoc support.
