We are a value driven clean tech company with a mission to make buildings greener. Our products and services help real estate owners to reduce their energy consumption and carbon emissions. We develop both hardware and software that together or separate creates value for our customers. Who we are
We are a newly established startup consisting of engineers with roots in Northvolt, Exeger, Scania och proptech. Utilizing our profound experience, we combine speed with robust design. We are just in the beginning of our journey and are now looking for YOU who will be responsible for developing our business.
Who you are
You are an unafraid, value driven, entrepreneurial MBA and/or engineer who lives and breaths sustainability. You have done business in the real estate sector and your network contains CEO;s, CTO;s heads of property management etc. in the real estate domain. You are not afraid to start up and do things for the very first time and you thrive in a high paced environment. Maybe you were previously part of rolling out new technologies like solar power or EV charge infrastructure.
You will work very close to me as CEO started this journey with deep insights and a vision. I knew how to utilize data and AI to make a big impact on a buildings carbon footprint and OPEX by making small but delicate changes in the energy control system. During my 20+ years in the industry I have done everything from tech-Startups to managing big tech organizations with hundreds of engineers. You need to share our values, but I prefer that you have a totally different background than me so that we complement each other. I am very exited to get to know you who wants to join us in this mission.
Key responsibilities

- Create and develop new business
- Alongside the CEO set and execute on sales targets
- Create and own market strategies
- Create and own company and product presentation material
