Australia based, Stephen has extensive global investment expertise and has held a number of leadership roles with major VC funds, in APAC and Europe, specializing in Proptech and Cleantech.

This experience is complemented by a deep understanding of real estate, having held C-Suite roles within real estate fund management and senior transaction roles.

Stephen understands the challenges faced by new technologies having led tech strategy team's for major REITs. He is also formerly of PwC where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant.

Chicago-based, Ivo has an extensive global network within Proptech, leveraging his career in real estate investments and technology.

Ivo leads the origination team and is at the forefront of identifying leading technologies and trends in real estate, ensuring breadth to our market analysis. Ivo ensures we are kept abreast of the quickly shifting changes in market needs and is constantly in market.

One of Proptech’s leading voices, his expertise is highly sought, and he regularly presents at leading industry events, as well as having guest lectured at Harvard and MIT.

Stuart is a senior executive who has held numerous leadership and strategy roles for leading financial institutions in the UK and Europe. He brings extensive experience of the global investment universe, a track record of operational redesign + managing large international teams- specialising in operational efficiency + business transformation.

Stuart has extensively leveraged technology + innovative methods to deliver robust corporate structures, within the confines of highly regulated environments.

As a member of the PTC’s leadership team, Stuart is ultimately responsible for driving the execution of our key operations and the execution of our global expansion strategy.

Srini specialises in delivering enterprise quality technology platforms and has spent his career within the investment banking and finance sectors.

Over the last 12 years he has delivered for institutions such as JP Morgan and AMP Capital, and is well equipped to deliver PTC’s technology as he leads our global technology team.

He has also self-built and delivered his own tech suite and applications and provides technical due diligence as part of the PTC assessment process with a focus on software, machine learning and data value.

Kiki leads the management of our client experience. She manages our client-facing portals, supporting clients as part of the onboarding process and dealing with general engagement activities.

Her focus + experience lies in using technology to improve engagement execution. In prior roles, Kiki developed web applications to deliver a best-in-class client experience. She has worked with many international teams and also speaks multiple languages which will support our APAC client base. Kiki holds a Bachelor’s degree of Commerce from the University of Sydney.

Ethan’s role in the team is wide-ranging. With a focus on the delivery of our key tech products, he is responsible for supporting the delivery of a quality user experience, working primarily across software conceptualization and design.

Having managed international teams, Ethan has experience coordinating resource in person and across borders. His experience lies in digitising real estate, specialising in AI and forefront technology in evolving space usage. Having set-up his own e-commerce platform, worked in digital design + worked closely with the innovation program of a major REIT, Ethan has a comprehensive skillset. He graduated from the Australian International School (Hong Kong) + is currently undertaking a Bachelor of Business in Creative Enterprise and Intelligence at the University of Technology Sydney.

Arya is a Research Analyst at The PTC. He has a strong academic and research background primarily in financial analysis. He earned his BSc in Economics and Finance from the University of London (LSE), and Master’s degrees in Finance and Management from Macquarie University and the University of Sydney respectively.

He has previous experience working in corporate finance and the infrastructure credit division of India’s largest construction company. Arya has a keen understanding of diverse cultures and is multilingual. His primary areas of interest lie within the Cleantech and ESG spaces working with emerging Proptechs and real estate technology adoption. Arya leverages technology for client delivery materials and excels in data aggregation, technical research, and relevant analysis.

Mandy is a specialist in international business communication and event management. She has worked with numerous multinationals globally, basing herself in Dubai.

Mandy manages the PTC's external communications + media channels. Her global experience gives her a unique insight into the different needs of each market + ensure we reach a global audience.

Ed brings over 25 years global experience in tech, real estate advisory and management consulting, having held senior roles in Europe and APAC.

This includes leading the Client Strategy service division in Australia for Knight Frank and as Head of Pursuits for PwC, where he delivered strategic improvement through innovative solutions to ASX-50 clients.

Ed is also the founder of Podium Performance Consulting, a firm specializing in helping Proptechs build sales processes and execute go-to-market strategies.
